Our goal is to create an atmosphere and culinary experience that brings back the enjoyment in food.  We create the freshest and tastiest food possible with the ingredients available to us, and to serve them at a reasonable price.  We achieve our quality by using the best products available and handling them with respect, the way Nuchie would.

All of our New York style pizzas have thin crust and are baked in a brick oven.  Our sauces, ricotta cheese, pastas, desserts, and dressings are all prepared on the premises.

We offer daily specials, including soup of the day, slow cooked item of the day, dessert special of the day, fresh pasta of the day, possibly gnocchi or risotto of the day, as well as other specialties.
