We specialize in handmade from scratch pastas and pizzas. Our team makes everything in house. Including Ricotta, desserts, sauces, dressings, and pastas. We utilize our onsite garden during the short Utah growing season. Much of our produce, grain, and meats come from local sources.
Carrying on the Nuch's legacy is current Owner/Head Chef Rose Witesman. Chef Rose is a Utah native, from the northern part of the state.
She endeavors to use as many local ingredients as she can, from the onsite Nuch's garden as well as from local farms, whenever possible.
We proudly carry 801 Coffee roasters coffee, local beers, and local cider.
Even though we only have 7 tables inside, during the warmer months, we also have a patio, nestled into our onsite garden.
