Nuch's Pizzeria

Carrying on the Nuch's Legacy is current Owner/Head Chef Rose Witesman. Chef Rose is a Utah native, from the northern part of the state. 

She endeavors to use as many local ingredients as she can, from the onsite Nuch's garden as well as from local farms, whenever possible. 

Founded by longtime Salt Lake City resident and former owner of the DeLoretto's Pizzerias, Heath Koltenuk. 

Heath dedicated Nuch's to his Uncle Nuch and Aunt Jenny. Who expressed their love to family and friends by preparing and sharing meals.
